Cancellation Policy
As courtesy to HairxHopeBell, we respectfully request a 24-hour advanced cancellation notice, and will require a credit card on file to secure your appointment. There will be a 50% charge if you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hrs of your scheduled appointment. Every appointment is reserved especially for you! Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Appointments are confirmed 72 hours prior because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.
